Composition: 100% Syrah
Aromatics: Elegant nose with floral notes of violets, followed by vibrant red fruit — cherry and raspberry. Oak aging adds subtle vanilla, complemented by rosemary, sage, and light baking spice.
Palate: Lively and fresh, led by Bing cherry and tart berry. Light oak and vanilla enhance the mid-palate, with black pepper and faint chocolate adding complexity. Medium to light acidity gives a refreshing brightness with a texture reminiscent of a silky Pinot Noir.
