Composition: 34% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot
Aromatics: Soft, inviting nose with layered aromas of stewed sweet fruit, underripe blackberry, and warm baking spices.
Palate: Plush and smooth, with soft tannins and a bright line of acidity. Red fruit and underripe blackberry mingle with anise, chocolate, and warm spice for a rounded, flavorful wine with real depth.
Food Pairings: Filet mignon, strip steak, classic beef stew, dark chocolate or flourless chocolate cake, herb-roasted vegetables, grilled portobello mushrooms.
